The Intern Programme - All YOU need to know
For Ages: 17 - 25
Leavening School? College? Or just interested in taking a year out to serve? Then we might have the adventure you’re looking for! With possibilities of staying on with us once you've completed the year course!
What It Includes:
Identifies and recruits young sports-minded Christians.
Provides top class coaching by qualified staff so that each intern has the best opportunity to maximise his or her potential.
Teaches responsibility, discipline and mutual respect to all, whilst promoting a safe enjoyable environment.

Provides a caring welfare system where our interns can discuss any personal problems that may arise in the strictest confidence.
What will I get up to?
Don’t be mistaken.. you’re going to be a busy person once you get started with us! But its not all work, there plenty and I mean plenty of fun to be had as well! You will be mixing socially and working with highly professional group of like minded people from all over the world, with only one aim wholesale community transformation.
(To give you an idea)
Your week will begin with Monday meetings (All Workers Attend) - This includes: Prayer hour, Events, Comprehensive meeting, Primary meeting, Area meeting and anything else that needs to be sorted out before the week begins.
As an intern you can expect to be moved about quite alot to aid in you gaining as much experience as possible!
For instance, you may have a Mighty Marvels Primary School lesson to help with on Tuesday morning and then up to one of the Comprehensives in the afternoon and then on another day we may have one of our term events such as a Sports Day which you'll lead teams of kids through the day, don’t worry, we'll make sure your ready for this before you do it!
As Mika says 'Relax, Take It Easy' If you think you’re a contender for this kind of work then you'll do just great! The team will always be there to back you up and help out in anyway at anytime.
Costs:
Well in most ministries the intern pays for the privilege but not with us!
You will receive a minimum allowance of £200 per month.
Plus a full set of Sporting Marvels kit.
Anything Else?
If you are seriously thinking about joining our Intern Programme but have problems with transport, a place to live, or any other issue then don’t hesitate to give us a call and we'll try to help you as much as possible...
